Before you begin: the agreement
This application creates an official record of your business's request for funding. Please read how it works. You'll be asked to accept these terms before entering any information.
- We are a broker, not a lender. Daybook Capital doesn't make funding decisions or set terms.
- Each funding partner has its own rules. Approval, amount, pricing, fees and contract terms are set by the funding partner, and differ between partners.
- We use your information to match you with funding partners. Your application, documents and bank data are shared with partners reviewing your request.
- Everything you submit must be true and unaltered. Funding partners verify it, including bank activity and credit.
- No fee to apply. We are paid by funding partners. There is no guarantee of approval.
Broker relationship
Daybook Capital is a commercial financing broker and marketing company. We are not a bank, lender or funder, and we are not your agent, fiduciary or advisor.
Funding partners
Any offer comes from the funding partner, not from us, under its own agreement and legally required disclosures. We are not a party to that agreement. We may be paid by funding partners for referring your application.
Sharing and verification
You authorize us to share your application with one or more funding partners and service providers, and authorize credit and verification checks as described in the Terms.
Calls and texts
By submitting, you agree that Daybook Capital and its funding partners may call and text you at the number provided, including with automated technology or prerecorded or AI voices. Consent isn't required to obtain funding. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Disputes
The Terms include binding individual arbitration, a class-action waiver and a 30-day opt-out. Please read the full Terms.
